Mr. Cruz has repaired our pool deck which was sinking over time due to gradual wear, but also because the contractor who installed the deck did not do a good job of laying a sturdy foundation. We are now 5 months post-repair and it is still looking fantastic. He's extremely knowledgeable about his craft and was able to understand what l was looking for and advise me on how to execute it.
